February and March are our winter. We can have snow up to 4 foot drifts. Temperatures can get down to 18 degrees.Late February through March our Daffodils bloom. In the last 10 years we have planted some 50,000 daffodils in Julian and it is wonderful when they all bloom. Daffodil Photos | |
